This home is a 2 bed 1 bath bungalow. All rooms are on the same floor. It is a duplex and the other space is a 250 square foot studio. The studio is located below your unit. The home was built in 1906 and was remodeled from top to bottom, all systems were replaced in 2021. The two spaces share no entrances or doors. The downstairs unit is completely separate from upstairs and has a separate coded door locking system. There is a covered carport and parking for 2 vehicles front to back in the driveway. The left side of the driveway is for this unit. The patio, yard, and other outdoor spaces are shared with the downstairs tenant. The laundry area is located in the basement. You must exit the home and go through the side door to do laundry. The laundry is shared with the downstairs tenant and is 100% free. Pets are allowed. (see pet rules) There is a large grassy yard but it is unfenced. There is a LARGE beautiful park 1 block away. There are approximately 6 steps leading to the front and side doors. Other than that everything is level. The floors throughout the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas are all laminate and the bedrooms are carpeted. There is a ductless mini split AC/ heat pump. The kitchen is equipped with basics for cooking and eating such as but not limited to plates, cups, cutlery, glasses, mugs, bowls , cooking utensils, basic spices, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender etc. There are extra linens towels etc. in he bathroom and bedrooms for the beds. While we have our cleaners clean between each guest because we are a pet friendly listing minor traces of pet hair may be possible. If you have severe pet allergy we do not recommend staying with us.
