With a full kitchen, bath and separate office you’ll love our farmhouse chic space as a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of life.
Good to know
You enter through a side door with a central hallway. To the right is the main house up the stairs is the apartment. The apartment shares no walls with the main house and very little sound travels between the two. The washer dryer is dedicated to the unit and is located under the stairs as you enter the shared hallway. The washer dryer is NOT shared with the main house, it's all yours. The main house has it's own washer/dryer. There is a DETACHED private yard in the greater shared yard area for those with pets to provide off leash time to their pets.
Other Details to Note
This is a shared property. The kitchen is fully equipped for basic cooking and cleaning and we start you off with basic paper products and cleaning products. Once those run out you're responsible for them. We do not provide detergent for washing clothes. There is 1 extra set of sheets and duvet's in the closet in the bathroom and the office is a large walk in closet that we converted to a small office!

Guest Access
Guests have access to the apartment, stairway and the 2 parking spots out front. The fenced detached yard is also for guest use. All other areas of the property are not for guest use except for egress coming and going to the car etc. There is a smart lock on the exterior building door to the stairway and a smart lock to the upstairs apartment door. The laundry in the stairway is dedicated to the guest and is not shared with the main house. It's all yours.
