The Canary

Walk to everything from our cozy tiny home. Located in the Woodstock neighborhood, and adjacent to Foster Powell neighborhood you don't need a car to explore the city from here! If you have one, there's free covered off street parking! This unit is cozy with everything you need to have a memorable experience in Portland. Pets allowed with approval. NOTE: the laundry room is shared with the upstairs guest. Some noise transfer between units may be noticeable from lower unit.

Cute and cozy this modern luxury studio packs a lot in! You enter the unit through a side door into a basement Hallway. The door with the coded lock is The unit and directly to the left of that door is the laundry area. Laundry area is shared with upstairs guest.

Other Details to Note

Laundry is shared with host. Apartment is basement level. Some sound transfer largely plumbing/ water sounds can be heard from upstairs. It’s never bothered us but if you’re sound sensitive or a light sleeper we do not recommend staying here. Unit is approximately 250 sq ft. Rug in photo may be different and or removed.

A wide range of character homes dots this neighborhood which is walking distance to multiple parks, cafes, restaurants and shops. The neighbors are friendly and involved and the sidewalks are wide with lots of mature trees.

Patio, parking area to right hand side of carport. Unit, storage area in hallway and unit itself. As well as laundry nook located outside unit door, which is shared with the upstairs tenant.

Highly recommend!! My friend and I stayed here with our 2 pups while we were in between apartments and it was surprisingly comfortable for the 5 weeks we were there. As small as it is, we felt right at home. And I'm so grateful for how quick and easy it is to message Sorcha for any little question.

Lovely place! Technically a basement but doesn’t feel like one at all – very fresh and clean, bright, well-insulated. Upstairs neighbor is super chill. Will miss the neighborhood walks to Mt. Scott Park, Foster, and downtown Woodstock.
