This is a Single Family home located in the desirable Richmond Neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms/ bedrooms are fully equipped with cookware, linens and storage. There are multiple steps to the front door and the driveway is on an incline. The Kitchen and floors are made of natural wood and we use natural cleaning products on them. Please note these cleaning products sometimes leave a slightly tacky feel to them. The Stove metal is stained from use but is fully cleaned and disinfected between guests. The front burner occasionally needs to be lit with a lighter. Trash pickup in this neighborhood is 1 time per month. The recycling is picked up every week. It is VERY important that you leverage recycling as much possible. The yard is fully fenced and enclosed and is dog friendly. There is no guest access to the garage or Basement storage room. This is for storage of the owners belongings. The living room couch pictured is currently being repaired and may not be available during your stay. We have another couch temporarily in it's place. Please note we may need to switch it out or arrange for delivery/ pickup of the green couch. There is currently construction going on around the corner from the property and construction noise may be present. We have no control over this. If this is something that would bother you we recommend booking elsewhere.
