Other Details to Note
AC unit is upstairs. It's a mini split so there is AC but it is not throughout the house. It does keep upstairs VERY cool so there's and escape from the heat in summer The backyard is private in that it’s not shared with any other neighbors and is completely fenced but the fences are 4ft and you can see into the neighbors yards. Extra rollaway bed and linens for trundle are in upstairs closet Hot tub has extra chemicals and filters in red bucket next to it if in the off chance it's not pristine on arrival so you don't have to miss out on hot tubbing Vacuum is in closet to right of bottom of stairs Wifi is Starlink Master bathtub is same size as water heater, so if you plan to take a bath note that it can take 2+ hrs for the tank to refill and reheat. We have extras of almost anything and are happy to help you find them in the house just reach out and ask!

We're located walking or biking distance (5 mins) to the Welches town core. There is a small market, multiple restaurants, a coffee shop, urgent care, bakery and lots of other amenities there. We're also a short drive to Mt Hood and all of it's amazing hikes and skiing!

Theres 3 parking spots in the driveway but if you wanted you could likely fit 4-5 cars because we have RV/Boat Parking. The neighborhood is a loop and walking distance to the town center but you will need a car to get most places as Welches is a remote mountain town.
