This is a ranch with walkout basement. The main floor is entered from the ground level and the property slopes towards the lake so the basement is actually fully above grade on the lake side making it surprisingly light and bright! Upstairs and downstairs have full kitchens. Upstairs is 3 bed 2 bath with a king bed and en-suite master. The master has a private deck and slider that connects to the other decks. There is a bathtub in the hall bathroom and all rooms have closets. There is a large open living/ dining room and gas fireplace on the main floor and a cozier living room downstairs with slider to covered exterior patio overlooking the lake. Downstairs is a large secondary king room / master and another queen bedroom with a hall bathroom with walk in shower. Note there is a sump pump which occasionally (we’re talking like 1-2 times a month) emits an odor when pumping out waste water. This is just the release of gas from the pump and has been checked many times for leaks/ issues and is in perfect working order. It’s just part of living on a lake and having this type of pump system, There’s extra linens and pillows throughout the house and the house has a central heating and AC system. Because the basement is half below grade it is usually 3-5 degrees colder than upstairs. This is common with basements. There are extra space heaters downstairs. Trash day is Wednesday. Please take cans out on Tuesday night to ensure pickup. We provide initial paper and cleaning products but refills are guests responsibility. Garage is not part of the cleaning process and is presented as broom cleaned. Leafs / dust sometimes get into garage. If this will bother you we advise that you refrain from booking. Pets are allowed on case by case basis reach out if you have pets! Note the yard is not fenced.
