The property is a daylight basement duplex. This means that it's the lower level of a duplex and 4 ft of the living area is below ground and 4 ft is above. So there are large windows ABOVE grade creating LOTS of light. The entrance to the unit is fully separate from the upstairs unit, there are no shared spaces. As you enter from the back door as pictured in the photos, using a smart lock you walk into the BRAND NEW kitchen. To the right is the stacked full sized washer/ dryer and 4 placement dining table and left is the eat in kitchen bar and fully equipped kitchen with electric range, dishwasher, full sized fridge, microwave, coffee makers and all the cutlery and kitchen tools you need to function and live comfortably for a couple months. The back yard is 2000 sf and fully fenced/ enclosed and attached to the . We are doggy friendly and love to host people with pets! The other tenants who live upstairs full time are a friendly couple in their mid 30s with a small italian greyhound Mix named Nero who LOVES other dogs. Sound transfer is EXTREMELY minimal between units. We have never had a complaint about noise between the floors. After passing through the kitchen you enter a long carpeted hallway. On the right are the two bedrooms which each feature a queen bed and closets with clothing storage. Each bedroom is about 10X11. The pink bed bedroom has storage drawers under the bed as well as the closet and the wood frame bed has a dresser in the closet as well as hooks/ hangers. On the left in the hallway is the MASSIVE bathroom. Genuinely the photos don't do it justice, it's huge. It has a walk in kit shower and large vanity plus TONS of shelf storage for all your stuff!! At the end of the hallway the space opens up into the MASSIVE living room. Which is nearly 500sf. It has two seating areas one with a TV and one in front of the wood burning fireplace. It also features a small desk and chair for working at.

This is a lower level duplex unit. There is another tenant on site, and they have a small friendly dog. No cats are allowed at this property at this time.
